Team Expansion

With the opening of the new location at Rämistrasse 3 in Zurich, the management of Galerie Bromer has also been expanded: Gabriela Gonzalez (33 y) has joined the team as partner and director to support Pier Stuker (31 y), partner and director of the gallery since 2018. The young gallerist duo is backed by the curator Samira Tanner (31 y) and the gallery assistants Mirjam Strasser (30 y) and Evelyn Bangerter (29 y).

In the midst of the Corona crisis, the young team is venturing to expand their business, with the confidence that their programme and ideas will find resonance in Zurich. Their focus lies on working with artist estates of classical modernism and the post-war period, mainly but not exclusively from Switzerland. Another important part of their activities is the trade, mediation and commission of works by established national and international artists from the secondary market. In addition, Galerie Bromer offers a holistic administration and processing of estates as well as support in building, maintaining or dissolving collections.

Thematic and monographic exhibitions are presented in the gallery’s premises in Roggwil and Zurich, thus constantly shedding new light on the most diverse aspects of their programme. Parallel to the shows, the gallery's own publishing house, Edition Bromer, presents carefully produced artist monographs and catalogues that provide an insight into the gallery's research and support of artists.
